How scoring works

Scoring is performed by our AI evaluation model, which analyzes your entire conversation — not just individual answers.

The evaluator considers:

  • Depth of understanding (surface-level vs. nuanced)
  • Practical grounding (theory vs. real application)
  • Consistency (whether your understanding holds across different angles)
  • Self-awareness (knowing what you know and what you do not)

Scores are calibrated across a large population to ensure fairness. A score of 5 means solid intermediate understanding. A score of 8 or 9 means expert-level competence that could lead organizational AI initiatives.

The evaluator provides written notes explaining the reasoning behind each dimension score.
