Tracking improvement over time
If you take the assessment more than once, your dashboard shows a score trajectory chart tracking each dimension over time.
This is useful for:
- Measuring the impact of learning and practice
- Identifying dimensions that are improving vs. plateauing
- Demonstrating growth to employers or team leaders
Each assessment is scored independently. The evaluator does not reference your previous scores. This means improvement reflects genuine growth, not accumulated familiarity with the test format.
