Payment issues
If your payment is not going through:
- Card declined: Check that your card details are correct and that you have sufficient funds. Some banks block online transactions by default.
- Payment processing error: Wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, try a different payment method.
- Charged but no credits: Credits are usually added instantly. If they do not appear within 5 minutes, refresh the page. If still missing, email hello@aibaseline.com with your payment confirmation.
- Double charge: This can happen if you clicked the payment button multiple times. Check your credit balance — if you received extra credits, the charges are correct. If not, contact us for a refund of the duplicate charge.
