Learning plan issues

If your learning plan is not appearing or seems incorrect:

No learning plan showing: Learning plans are generated after completing a full assessment. If you paused partway through, finish the assessment first.

Plan seems generic: The learning plan is personalized based on your specific score breakdown. If it feels generic, it may be because your scores are relatively even across dimensions. The plan focuses on your weakest areas.

Plan not updating after retake: Each assessment generates a new learning plan. Check that you are viewing the plan associated with your most recent assessment from your dashboard.
