Team billing and credits

Team subscriptions and assessment credits are billed separately:

Subscription: A monthly or annual fee that unlocks your team workspace, dashboard, member management, and analytics. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.

Credits: Purchased separately and distributed to team members. Credits are per-assessment, not per-person. A member who takes two assessments uses two credits.

Billing is managed through Stripe. The team owner can view invoices, update payment methods, and manage the subscription from Settings.

If you cancel your subscription, your team data is preserved for 30 days. You can resubscribe within that window to restore access.
