Reading the team dashboard
The team dashboard gives you a complete picture of your team's AI readiness:
Aggregate view: See the distribution of scores across all five dimensions. Identify which dimensions are strongest and weakest team-wide.
Individual view: Drill into each member's score breakdown and evaluator notes. See who is ready to lead AI initiatives and who needs support.
**Readiness signals**: The dashboard highlights key patterns:
- Members scoring above 7 in Workflow Design are strong candidates for designing AI processes
- Low scores in Critical Evaluation across the team suggest a training priority before deploying AI for decision-making
- Uneven profiles (high in some dimensions, low in others) indicate where targeted support will have the most impact
Use this data to make informed decisions about who leads rollout, where to invest in training, and when the team is ready for broader AI deployment.
