Pausing and resuming an assessment

You can pause an assessment at any time by closing the browser tab or navigating away. Your progress is saved automatically after each message.

When you return to your dashboard, you will see the option to resume your in-progress assessment. You will pick up exactly where you left off.

Assessments must be completed within 7 days of starting. If an assessment expires, the credit is not refunded, but you will see a partial result based on the sections you completed.
