How the conversation adapts to you
The assessment is adaptive, meaning it adjusts based on your responses in real time.
If you give a strong, detailed answer, the evaluator will ask deeper follow-up questions to find the ceiling of your understanding. If you give a shorter or less confident answer, the evaluator will offer simpler follow-ups to fairly assess your baseline.
This design ensures that:
- Experts are not bored by basic questions
- Beginners are not overwhelmed by advanced ones
- Everyone gets scored accurately regardless of starting level
The evaluator never judges you for not knowing something. It is calibrating, not testing.
