Cancellations
To cancel a subscription:
- 1Go to Settings
- 2Click Manage Subscription
- 3Click Cancel Subscription
When you cancel:
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- Unused credits from the current period remain available until they expire
- You are not charged again
- Your assessment history and results are preserved
You can resubscribe at any time. Resubscribing starts a new billing period immediately.
