Deleting your account
You can delete your account from Settings under the Danger Zone section.
Account deletion is permanent and removes:
- All assessment history and scores
- Your profile and leaderboard entry
- Learning plans and progress data
- Team memberships
Unused credits are not refunded upon account deletion. If you have a subscription, cancel it first to avoid being charged after deletion.
We recommend exporting any data you want to keep before deleting your account.
