Session issues
If your assessment session is not working as expected:
Assessment not loading: Refresh the page. If the problem persists, try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window.
Progress not saving: Check your internet connection. The assessment saves after each message. If you are on an unstable connection, wait for each message to send before typing the next one.
Cannot resume an assessment: Make sure you are logged into the same account you started the assessment with. Assessments are tied to your account, not your browser.
Assessment expired: Assessments must be completed within 7 days. If yours expired, you will need to start a new one with another credit.
