Understanding your results
After completing an assessment, you will be taken to your results page. This page includes:
- Your overall score (weighted average of all five dimensions)
- Individual dimension scores from 1 to 9
- Evaluator notes explaining the reasoning behind each score
- A personalized learning plan with recommended next steps
Scores are calibrated on this scale:
- 1–3: Beginner — limited understanding of the dimension
- 4–6: Intermediate — solid foundational knowledge with room to grow
- 7–9: Expert — deep, practical understanding that can lead others
You can share your results via a unique link, or make them visible on your public profile.
