Purchasing credits
Credits are what unlock assessments. Each credit allows you to start one full assessment session.
You can purchase credits from the Credits page. We offer:
- One-time credit packs (credits never expire)
- Subscription plans with monthly credit allowances
- Team bundles for organizations
Credits are deducted when you start an assessment, not when you finish. If you close the assessment partway through, you can resume it without using another credit.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
