How credits work
Credits are deducted when you start an assessment, not when you complete it. This means:
- If you pause and resume, no extra credit is used
- If you close the browser and come back within 7 days, the same credit covers resumption
- If an assessment expires (not completed within 7 days), the credit is consumed
Your credit balance is shown in the header and on your dashboard. You can purchase more at any time from the Credits page.
